My approach

I am a client-centered, eclectic, and strengths-based clinician who is warm, genuine, and personable. I approach therapy through an anti-colonial and feminist lens, always striving to honor each client’s lived experience. Humor, creativity, and even a touch of sarcasm often find their way into my sessions when it feels right—because healing doesn’t always have to be heavy. You can count on me to prioritize your needs and move at a pace that feels comfortable. While I am gentle and accommodating, I’m also able to be more direct and straightforward when it serves your growth. Above all, my goal is to cultivate a collaborative space where you feel safe to be vulnerable, curious, and authentic.
