Experience
I’ve had the privilege of working across diverse mental health settings throughout my career. I began in community-based mental health case management with at risk youth and families, and after earning my Master’s in Social Work, I transitioned into inpatient substance use treatment as a psychotherapist. Over time, my work evolved to include private practice and comprehensive wraparound therapy with teens and families.
Much of my experience includes supporting individuals, families, and couples facing challenges related to addiction and co-occurring disorders, trauma, low self-esteem, autism, relational and family dynamics, abuse, personality disorders, anxiety and depression. I’ve provided care in educational, home, and community-based environments, working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating a broad spectrum of clinical concerns.

Supporting individuals as they uncover their own strengths and uniqueness brings me profound gratitude. I hold the therapeutic relationship and the process of change with deep respect, and I never take the trust of my clients for granted. I approach my work with a spirit of ongoing curiosity and a commitment to lifelong learning, and I’m continually inspired by the insights I gain through my clients. It’s a privilege to witness their resilience, vulnerability, and growth.
